Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ListingDuo ("we", "us"), a service that creates short promotional videos and social media captions from real estate listing information you provide. By requesting a free trial or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

You send us a listing link or listing photos and details. We deliver vertical videos in English and Spanish, plus captions and hashtags, usually within 24 hours. Delivery times are a goal, not a guarantee; we'll let you know if something will take longer.

2. Free trial

The free trial includes videos for one listing. No payment information is required. We may decline trial requests at our discretion, for example for duplicate or non-real-estate requests.

3. Subscription and payment

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in USD. Your plan's monthly listing limit resets each billing period; unused listings don't roll over.
• Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles billing, taxes and receipts. Their terms also apply to your purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
• Founding-agent pricing stays the same for as long as your subscription remains active without interruption.

4. Your content

• You confirm that you have the right to use the photos, logos, headshots and information you send us, and to have us use them to create your videos. For listing photos, that usually means permission from the photographer, the listing agent or the MLS rules that apply to you.
• You give us a limited license to use that material only to create and deliver your videos.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of listing details (price, size, features) and for complying with your MLS, brokerage, fair housing and advertising rules when you publish.

5. Videos we deliver

• Once delivered, you may use the videos and captions for marketing the listing and your business, on any platform, without time limit.
• Music and voices included in the videos are licensed for this use. Don't extract them to use separately.
• We do not alter what appears in your photos. We animate them (zoom, pan, cuts) and add text, voiceover and music.
• Voiceovers are generated with AI voice technology.
• We may show a delivered video as a sample on our website or social media only with your permission.

6. Acceptable use

Don't send content that is unlawful, discriminatory, misleading, or that you don't have rights to. We may refuse or stop work on any request that breaks these rules.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee any specific marketing results, views, leads or sales. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms or our prices. We'll notify active subscribers by email at least 30 days before a price change takes effect.
