This policy explains what information ListingDuo collects, why, and what we do with it. Short version: we only collect what we need to make and deliver your videos, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email, brokerage, market.
• Listing material: listing links, photos, property details, and your headshot, logo and contact info for branding.
• Billing information: handled entirely by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic site analytics: anonymous, aggregated page views (no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking).

How we use it

• To create and deliver your videos and captions.
• To reply to you, send deliveries, and send service messages about your account or subscription.
• To improve the service.

If you ask for a free trial, we may follow up by email about it. Every email includes a way to opt out.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run ListingDuo, and only as needed:

• Website hosting (Vercel).
• Payments and subscriptions (Lemon Squeezy).
• Email (our email provider).
• AI tools used to write scripts and captions and to generate voiceovers. We send them listing details, not your billing information.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your materials while you're a customer and for up to 12 months after, so we can handle revisions and re-downloads. Trial requests that don't become customers are deleted within 6 months. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop receiving emails, by writing to hello@listingduo.com. We'll respond within 30 days. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have these rights too, and we won't treat you differently for using them.

Security

We use reputable providers and limit access to your information to what's needed to deliver the service. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

International processing

ListingDuo is operated from outside the United States, and our providers may process data in the US and other countries.

Children

ListingDuo is a business service and is not directed to anyone under 18.
