Refund Policy

We want you to be sure before you pay, which is why every agent can try ListingDuo free first, with their own listing.

First month guarantee

If you're not happy after your first paid month, email us within 7 days of the first charge and we'll refund it in full, as long as we've delivered videos for no more than 2 listings in that period.

After that

• You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• We don't offer partial refunds for unused days or unused listings.
• If something went wrong on our side (for example, a video was never delivered), tell us and we'll make it right, with a redo or a refund for that period.

How to request a refund

Email hello@listingduo.com from the address you signed up with. Refunds are issued by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
